At Nexocor, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products and services. We are confident that our solutions will meet your expectations. However, we offer a 15-day refund policy from the date of your first payment, subject to the terms outlined below.
Nexocor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Nexocor products or services.
If you experience any issue, bug, or unexpected behavior, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. Our team will carefully review the issue and work with you to provide a solution.
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
If our support team is unable to resolve a verified technical issue.
If the product stops functioning as described and the issue cannot be fixed.
If there is a critical system failure that prevents proper use of the product despite correct setup and supported configuration.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Feature requests or requests for functionality not advertised.
Change of mind after purchase.
The product does not fit your specific business preference.
Conflicts caused by unsupported third-party software or external integrations.
Hosting or server environments that do not meet required system standards.
Failure to provide sufficient access or information for troubleshooting.
Renewal payments (advance reminder emails are sent before renewal).
We encourage all customers to review product demos, documentation, and feature lists carefully before purchasing.
To process a refund request based on technical issues, you must allow us the opportunity to investigate. This may require:
Temporary system access
Access to a staging environment
A backup copy for testing
Without proper investigation access, we may not be able to proceed with a refund.
If your payment was processed through a third-party payment provider, a transaction fee (for example, 5% + $0.50 or applicable gateway charges) may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are retained by the payment processor and are beyond our control.
Example: For a $100 payment, the refunded amount may be reduced by the processing fee charged by the payment provider.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the initial purchase.
No refunds will be processed after 15 days.
Once a refund is issued, you must immediately stop using the product or service and relinquish your license rights.
Nexocor reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the policy criteria.
